Americanah

Like in the light of what we know but Nigeria/UK/America instead of Pakistan/UK/Afghanistan. Also like 1Q84¹ and other murakami works in a welcome, surprising way. I don’t get the criticisms; I really enjoyed this book. Put many (lovely) turns of phrase to feelings I’ve had in America.
